This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In the preceding 12 months, Prime Cuts Texas has collected the following categories of personal information: Identifiers (name, email, phone, address), commercial information (order history, products purchased), internet activity (browsing history, search history on our site), and geolocation data (general location derived from IP address). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for: fulfilling and shipping your orders, customer service, improving our products and website, marketing communications (with consent), and fraud prevention. We do not use personal information for purposes materially different from those disclosed at collection.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations. Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
